Muyang favors steel fabrication projects in the range of 100~1000kg/m, such as petrochemical plants, refineries, boiler structures, power plants, light and heavy industrial projects. We are also able to structural steel fabrication and secondary steel structures. Muyang PHGM200 Rice Extruder

Muyang PHGM200 rice extruder is mainly applicable for production of puffed rice, which is one of the main raw materials of paste like food product such as sesame soup and etc.

The extruder mainly consists of a belt pulley and a hood shield, a main motor, an extruding device, a cutting device, a disassembling tool, an extruder base, a lubricating oil-way and a motor base etc.



Materials with certain moisture enter the feed extruder and flow axially through being pushed by the screw; Due to the mechanical friction between the screw and materials, the machine cylinder and materials as well as the friction between material particles, the materials are intensively extruded, stirred and cut, so that they are further pulverized and homogenized.

Since the temperature rises along with the increasing pressure, the properties of materials change under conditions of high temperature, high pressure and high shear force, that is, powdery materials become a pasty mass, starch is gelatinized, protein is modified, fiber is partially degraded and fined, pathogenic bacteria are killed, hygienic indexes are improved and toxic substances are inactivated.

Under the action of great pressure difference, the pasty materials are expanded, dehydrated and cooled as soon as they sprayed out of the die holes. The porous expanded product is crisp with loose structure, fine in palatability and flavor. And it is cut to required form by a cutting device.

MUZL350T Type Pellet Mill

The serrated belt stepping drive system is adopted for MUZL350T pellet mill, which is characterized by ideal drive ratio, great driving moment, smooth rotation, high throughput, low noise, easy operation and maintenance.

This type of pelleting machine can be fitted with many kinds of ring dies with φ1.6~φ12 die holes and different thickness, and the user can select based on self-demand for achieving the optimum technical and economic efficiency.

The variable speed control motor is adopted for this machine type to feed material, equipped with overload protection device sand outside discharging mechanisms, the bypass gate can be opened automatically in case of overload of main motor.



It is available to select different type of conditioners as required, such as single-layer, double-layer, triple-layer and double-shaft differential conditioners.

To ensure safety, this pelleting machine shall be used in the areas with an altitude lower than 1000m, a temperature from -5℃to 40℃ and an air relative humidity from 30%to 95%. If the area does not conform to above conditions, please indicate specially when ordering.

This machine is specially used for feed processing, generally for processing powdery, flowable and easily pelleted materials. Do not use it for processing of food.

Muyang MNMP21A Vertical Iron Roll Rice Whitener

Muyang MNMP21A Vertical Iron Roll Rice Whitener is applicable for a rice processing plant with a daily capacity of 80~120 tons white rice and used for whitening thoroughly cleaned rice. In combination with Muyang MNML40 vertical emery roll rice whitener, the white rice with different whitening degrees can be produced, and good technological and economic results can be obtained.

The floated rice bran on rice surface can be removed by the Dampening Iron Roll Rice Whitener, thus a good surface smoothness of the white rice can be obtained for further polishing. Any usage beyond the scope of application like processing un-cleaned rice should not be regarded as an application related to the design purpose. The feed machinery manufacturer will not undertake the responsibility of any loss resulted here from.

The usage relevant to the design purpose refers to that the users should strictly follow the regulation sand instructions in aspects like installation, operation, inspection and maintenance given in the Operation Manual for usage of this feeding machine.

Brown rice husked by emery roll rice whitener is driven by horizontal feeding screw on the grinding machinery, and then enters into the bottom of whitening chamber, and is conveyed by screw head from top to bottom to the clearance between iron roll and rice screen. Here, brown rice moves upwards spirally along the iron roll surface. The rice grains can be milled and whitened by frictional action between the iron roll and rice grain, screen and rice grain as well as between rice grains.



The air flow on the grinding machine generated by the air jetting fan enters hollow shaft from upper side to lower side, and then pass through the materials layer from inside to outside, thus the material is cooled and the temperature of rice is reduced. In addition, the bran is forced to discharge from screen apertures rapidly and sucked out by bran suction fan under dual effects of aspiration system and jetting air flow.

SJHS4A Double-circle Paddle Mixer

Muyang double-circle paddle mixer is independently researched and designed by Muyang and wins international patent technologies. It has advantages of quick mixing time, high homogeneity and no residues. The SJHA4A Double-circle Paddle Mixer is widely used for mixing powdery and special granular materials in feed industry. With patented rotor structure, it is characterized by Short mixing period and high mixing homogeneity. The mixing homogeneity of material within 60~90S amounts to CV≤5%, reduce the mixing period and improve the production efficiency; (Methyl Violet Stain (GB/T5918) method is used to test the CV value of mixed product).

When you operate the mixing machine, you should notice some necessary tips as it is not so easy to be managed without any specifications.

The operation, checking and maintenance etc. of machine or equipment can only be carried out by the qualified professionals trained by Muyang. Whenever maintenance or repairing is to be done, the power must be cut off first so as to prevent the motor from accidental staring. All related employees should receive safety education, the enterprise management regulations of the enterprise should be observed.



The mixing machinery must not be used for the applications which are not in the application range. The safety marks must be kept clean and cannot be taken off or covered. The safety guards can never be dismounted, covered or overlapped willfully, and can never be opened until the machine has completely stopped. And the machine can only be started when these safety guards are in good order functionally.

The damaged parts must be repaired or replaced promptly. For transportation and handling, it is not allowed to damage the equipment by bundling. In case there is any machine damage or missing of parts found in transportation or handling, it should be reported to the management immediately. Before installation, all feed mixer parts must be kept in their original packages. The machine parts and packing boxes should be properly covered and stored in places sheltered from rain, sunning and damp. The permissible load of hoister should higher than the equipment weight. As hoisting, only the hoisting points assigned on the machine can be used; the hoisting ropes must be fixed correctly and reliably; and no one is allowed to be under the equipment being hoisted.

In installation, enough space should be reserved for future maintenance and replacement of the equipment.

Muyang PHG135 Extruder

The PHG135 type dry-way extruder is mainly used in producing of expanded soybean and corn etc.

This extruding machine is possessed of cooking, sterilizing, extruding, dewatering and stabilizing treatment functions. Application of extrusion technology is the new direction of feed industry development.

This machine adopts dry-way extrusion technology, simple technology and wide adaptability. By using self-heating method, the material can be cooked to 130~150 ℃ without conditioner and boiler unit. The extruded material can be long-term stored with properly water content. The material can be packed after cooling treatment. Step-less speed regulation makes this type machine stand out for the easy operation, compact conformation and reliable performance.



PHG135 type extruding machinery is composed of hopper, positive displacement screw feeding device, water adding system, extruding chamber, cutting device (select), drive mechanism and machine frame.

Being an important part of feed extruder, extruding chamber is composed of main shaft, extruding screw rod, tapered pressure ring, wear ring and extruding sleeve. The extruding screw rod adopts segmental structure, equal diameter and variable pitch form to meet the demand for flexible assemble of different screw rods according to different raw materials. Configure the tapered pressure rings with different diameters to adjust and control the temperature and pressure in the chamber during extruding process. The extruding sleeve is composed of a feeding extruding chamber part, two middle extruding chamber parts and a discharging extruding chamber.

Production Process on Paddle Mixer

The SJHS2A Double-circle Paddle Mixer is widely used for mixing powdery and special granular materials in feed industry. Mixing machine is playing a vital role in feed production. It is fair to say that if proportioning system is disjoined from mixer, even with advanced manufacturing processes, the production will become meaningless. Therefore, the quality and performance of mixing machine directly influences survival and development of feed mills. Stable-performance equipment not only helps enterprises to keep making profits but also reduce large sum of money for maintenance and repairing.





(1) Feeding

Solid materials
The materials can be directly fed from the bin (see Fig.2-7 005) controlled by a lock gate (see Fig.2-7 006) after weighting with the proportion scales (see Fig. 2-7 001), and also can be fed via a covering equipment or via an operator (see Fig.2-3 003) at the manual dumping bit (see Fig.2-7 004).
Liquid (if necessary)
Liquid is generally fed into the mixing machine via the liquid addition system (see Fig. 2-7 010).

(2) Discharging

The mixtures conveyed from mixer (see Fig. 2-7 007) shall be collected by a surge bin (see Fig. 2-7 008);
And the volume of surge bin should be 1.5 times more than that of feed mixer. The surge bin usually has an access door (manhole) and a glass inspection window; the lower part shall have a lock gate or conveying equipment (see Fig. 2-7 009);
The upper end of air-return duct (see Fig. 2-7 009) is connected to the surge bin or that above the scale to ensure stably feeding. In addition, the surge bin shall be removable for maintainability; the environmental protection equipment can be equipped at the outlet to prevent dust pollution of the surge bin.
