Muyang SJHS6A Double-circle Paddle Mixer
The SJHS6A Double-circle Paddle Mixers developed independently by Muyang are widely used for mixing powdery and special granular materials in feed industry.
Main features and functions
(1) Short mixing period, high mixing homogeneity The mixing homogeneity of material within 60~90S amounts to CV≤5%, reduce the mixing period and improve the productivity of feed factory. [Note1]: The material for testing here is corn powder required in JB/T9820.3, and the testing method is Methyl Violet Stain (GB/T5918). The mixing period and mixing homogeneity on the mixing machinery would be different if other material and/or testing method are used.
(2) Large variable range of filling factor The Filling factor is between 0.4~1, applicable for mixing the materials with different specific gravity and granularity in various industries.
(3) Fast discharge, little residues. The bottom adopts full-length opening structure, which contributes to fast discharge and little residues.
(4)The shaft seal adopts the unique patent sealing technology, reliable seal, no leakage and long performance life.
(5) The return air devices are equipped in the machine body, which can quickly balance the inside and outside differential pressure during feeding.
(6) The reducing motor and rotor are direct drive, compact conformation, smooth running, large rotating torque and high efficiency.
